  • 许多(如果不是大多数)IPL应用都涉及到在患者皮肤上使用光学耦合凝胶,以便在光从一种光学介质(空气)到达另一种(皮肤)时,通过减小折射率的步长来减少反射损失。为了让测量具有最大的临床意义,应当在与IPL临床应用相似的光学条件下进行测量。这意味着要在探头上使用凝胶(或水) - 而不会造成毁坏。
