The FSA-NIR-SP402S focal spot analyzer (P/N SP90653) measures laser beam power distribution and focal spot size for wavelengths from 950 to 1100 nm. The power ranges from <1 to 400 Watts and the focal spot can be as small as 27.4 µm. The FSA can also be used to measure how the focal spot shifts with power during its critical start-up phase. BeamGage Professional software is included.
