Laser Focal Spot Analyzer, 300-400 nm, BeamGage Professional

The FSA-UV-SP932U focal spot analyzer (P/N SP90614) measures laser beam power distribution and focal spot size for wavelengths from 300 to 400 nm. The power ranges from <1 to 400 Watts and the focal spot can be as small as 34.5 µm. The FSA can also be used to measure how the focal spot shifts with power during its critical start-up phase. BeamGage Professional software is included.
