CO2 Laser Cavity End Mirrors

These laser cavity end mirrors have reflectance of 99.5% or higher so that the transmitted laser beam has low power. However, because absorption in the coating is higher than in the output coupler, Germanium substrate materials with high thermal conductivity are used.
