焦点分析仪测量焦距随功率偏移的方式

测量激光束功率分布以及266-1100nm波长的焦斑尺寸。平均功率可介于<1到400瓦之间，焦点可以小至37µm。FSA还可用于测量焦点在临界启动阶段随功率偏移的方式。
FSA包括；高分辨率相机的选择，2个分束器、第二个分离器上的可拆除光束块，以及光束进入相机之前的衰减滤波器（用户可选）。
