Focal Spot Analyzer Erfasst Größe, Form und Profil des Laserstrahls im Fokus
Overview
Messen Sie die Leistungsverteilung Ihres Laserstrahls und den Strahldurchmesser von Wellenlängen zwischen 266 und 1100nm. Die durchschnittliche Leistung kann von <1 bis 400 Watt variieren und der Brennfleck kann minimal 37µm klein sein.
Der FSA kann auch zur Messung der Fokusverschiebung während der kritischen Einschaltphase des Lasers verwendet werden.
Der FSA kombiniert Kamera, Strahlteiler, Neutraldichtefilter und die BeamGage Software.
- Bildet Brennflecken bis hinunter auf 37μm ab
- Für Laserleistungen bis 400 W¹ (zusätzliche externe ND Filter erforderlich)
- Misst Systeme bis hinunter auf eine Fokuslänge von nur 73mm² (genaue Wegstrecke innerhalb des Aufbaus wird NIST/National Lab kalibriert und beinhaltet ein Kalibrierzertifikat +/-50μm)
- Erstellt ein unverzerrtes Bild des Lasers unter Testbedingungen
- Einstellbare Abschwächung maximiert den dynamische Bereich des Systems
- Abschwächung bis zu 1x10-10 verfügbar (mit externen Filtern)
