Max has been with Ophir Photonics since 2025 and serves as a customer service representative in the Repair and Recalibration Department. He oversees the service process for Ophir power meters and supports their delivery back to customers. Prior to joining Ophir, Max worked in Customer Success in the hi-tech industry, providing high-quality support to end users and distributors. He grew up in New York City.
