The Helios Pro is the latest addition to our high-power laser measurement portfolio, building on the proven reliability of the Helios Plus. It measures industrial laser powers up to 12kW, and thanks to a short exposure time – as little as 300 milliseconds – it doesn’t require water cooling.
Designed for factory automation, the Helios Pro features a compact, dust-resistant body, a remote-controlled protective cover, and support for a wide range of industrial communication protocols including PROFINET, EtherCAT, RS232, and more.
The new Pro Mode includes pulse shape analysis, offering more accurate results even when working with lasers that have a slow rise time or do not fully stabilize during short measurements. This is particularly helpful in modern manufacturing environments where quick power checks are essential.
