To obtain this quality level, the Photonics Group maintains a quality assurance system that follows the products, processes and services through all production stages until final delivery to the customer. To this end, the management must identify the quality and environmental needs and then allocate the appropriate resources, including skilled employees, to supervise and to conduct internal audits and quality activities. |
| c. | All employees and business partners of the Photonics Group are responsible for the quality of the products and services, as well as for minimizing the environmentally harmful effects. |
| d. | The Photonic Group's products and activities will comply with local law requirements, with the laws, standards and environmental standards of the relevant markets. |
| e. | The information required for proper implementation of the processes will be available to all employees. Smooth flow of information and instructions between the units of the Photonic Group is guaranteed, as well as an effective training process for new employees |
| f. | The Photonic Group's management will set measurable quality and environmental objectives, in order to guarantee the constant improvement of the processes that influence the quality of products, as well as to avoid polluting the environment or to reduce the pollution to minimum. These indices will be included in the management report and the quality and environmental objectives would be updated accordingly. |
| g. | The Photonic Group's management is committed to the implementation of the quality and environmental policy and to ensure that all systems in the plant are organized in a fashion that permits full implementation of this policy. The Photonic Group's management has assigned leaders of the various groups, each in his or her own domain, in order to guarantee the preparation of, adherence to, and maintenance of the combined management system that complies with ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards. |
| h. | The Photonic Group's management is committed to ensuring that this policy is known and clear to all employees, and is implemented at all levels of the organization. |
| i. | This policy will be published on the Photonic Group's website and will be distributed to all employees and sub-contractors. |
