Power Measurement Using Spectrally Flat Sensors

3A is a very sensitive thermopile based laser power/energy sensor with very low noise and drift. It has a 9.5mm aperture. It can measure from 10µW to 3W and from 20µJ to 2J. It is spectrally flat and covers the spectral range from 0.19 to 20 µm. The sensor comes with a 1.5 meter cable for connecting to a meter or PC interface.

The L30A-EX-10MM is a thin profile thermal power/energy laser measurement sensor 10mm thick with a 26mm aperture. It can measure from 80mW to 8W free standing and 30W when heat sinked. It can measure energy from 20mJ to 30J. Its EX absorber has a damage threshold of 0.5J/cm² and covers the spectral range from 0.15 - 0.7µm and 10.6µm. The sensor comes with a 1.5 meter cable for connecting to a meter or PC interface.

The L50(300)A-LP2-65 is a thermal power/energy laser measurement sensor for high power density and long pulse lasers. This sensor also measures air coupled pulses from IPL dermatological sources. It is similar to the L50(300)A-IPL but does not have the window so is for air coupled sources only. It gives the most accurate measurements for air coupled sources. It has a 65mm aperture and can measure from 400mW to 50W continuously and to 300W intermittently. The sensor can measure energy from 200mJ to 1000J. Its high damage threshold LP2 absorber covers the spectral range from 0.25 to 2.2µm. The sensor comes with a standard 1.5 meter cable for connecting to a meter or PC interface.

The L2000W-PF-120 is a water cooled thermal power/energy laser measurement sensor for high energy density and short pulses, with the very large aperture of 120mm. It can measure power from 1W to 2000W and energy from 6J to 6000J. It has the PF volume absorber and covers the spectral range from 0.3 to 2.2µm. The sensor comes with a standard 1.5 meter cable for connecting to a meter or PC interface.
