Manual
Pyrocam IIIHR User Guide
The Pyrocam IIIHR is a high performance, solid-state, pyroelectric camera that features a 12mm imager (160 x 160 pixels) and 16-bit A/D converter. This enables reliable measurement and analysis of both large signals and low-level signals in the wings of the laser beam.
Manual
BUL-0011 - Configuring Windows 7 for the Pyrocam III
This document only applies to computers running either both Windows 7 which will be running a Pyrocam III in either the Pyrocam Control Console or BeamGage.
Manual
BeamMic User Guide
The Ophir-Spiricon, LLC Laser Beam Analyzer, BeamMic is a low cost, PC-based product for use in modern multi core advanced Pentium-generation personal computers running the Windows 7 or Windows 10 operating systems.
Manual
NanoScan2 Installation and Operation Manual
NanoScan2 is a PC-based instrument for the measurement and analysis of optical beam spatial profiles in accordance with ISO standards. Beam profiles are measured in accordance with the International Standard ISO 11146.
Manual
BeamWatch User Guide
The BeamWatch software interfaces with the BeamWatch family of products. BeamWatch enables users to see beam data collection in real time. Due to the real time nature users can see exactly how the beam changes during the critical startup moments, and how it may vary after running for long periods of time.
Manual
BeamWatch Standard Quick Start
Center the beam in the BeamWatch Apertures. • The center of the entrance aperture is located 50mm from the crosshair mark on the top of the unit.
Manual
Beamwatch Integrated User Note
BeamWatch Integrated combines a non-contact beam profiler with a power sensor. The water cooling plate under the beam profiler maintains acceptable temperatures. The cooling plate also includes a flow meter and a temperature sensor. The power sensor includes a height adjustment screw to adapt to different laser sources. This allows positioning the power sensor at the location where the laser power density is within the specifications.
Manual
BeamCheck Quick Start Guide
BeamCheckTM is a camera-based laser beam profiling system for SLS/SLM 3-D Additive Manufacturing systems. BeamCheck measures and produces a beam profile of the laser beam focused at the plane of the SLS/SLM work surface.
Manual
Optical Camera Trigger User Guide
The Optical Camera Trigger is an optical sensor that detects pulsed light sources and generates an output to trigger a camera or similar device. It provides two types of outputs – TTL logic output and “Open Drain” output. The type of output used depends on the characteristics of the camera or other device.
Manual
M2-200/200s-FW User Guide
The Ophir-Spiricon model M²-200s is a precision instrument designed to measure the propagation characteristics of visible to near-visible laser beams. The M²200s may be purchased with or without an automated optical translation and attenuation system (optical train). When ordered without the optical train the user is required to provide a manual translation/attenuation apparatus. Without the optical train, the M²-200s software will only run in Manual mode.

BeamPeek User Notes
The Ophir™ BeamPeek™ is designed to analyze laser beams up to 1kW. Its optical design enables measurement of both 532nm and NIR wavelength lasers. It is designed for use inside Additive Manufacturing (AM) chambers and can simultaneously measure power as well as profile the laser beam.
Manual
Pyrocam IV User Guide
The Pyrocam IV is a high performance, solid-state, pyroelectric camera that features a large 25mm imager (320 x 320 pixels) and 16-bit A/D converter. This enables reliable measurement and analysis of both large signals and low-level signals in the wings of the laser beam.
Manual
BeamWatch® Standard User Notes
BeamWatch is the laser industry’s first completely non-interfering beam monitoring system, which allows beam measurements without contacting the laser beam. Measurements are taken by imaging the Rayleigh scatter of the beam from the side using conventional cameras making BeamWatch ideal for measurements of high power lasers. OphirSpiricon has measured beams up to 100 kilowatts.
Manual
BeamWatch AM User Note
BeamWatch AM is the next version in Ophir-Spiricon’s family of non-interfering beam monitoring systems. Designed specifically for the additive manufacturing industry, BeamWatch AM sports a new compact design and provides real-time measurement of the beam at the working plane location.
