测量焦距随功率偏移的方式
描述: 

测量激光束功率分布以及266-1100nm波长的焦斑尺寸。平均功率可介于<1到400瓦之间,焦点可以小至44µm。FSA还可用于测量焦点在临界启动阶段随功率偏移的方式。
FSA包括;高分辨率相机的选择,2个分束器、第二个分离器上的可拆除光束块,以及光束进入相机之前的衰减滤波器(用户可选)。

  • 图像焦点尺寸低至44μm
  • 适用于不超过400W¹的激光功率(需要另外配备外部ND滤镜)
  • 可以测量焦距短至73mm(2)的系统(组件内的精确路径长度需经过NIST/National Lab校准并包括一份校准证书+/-50μm)
  • 制作测试时不会失真的激光样本

¹ For Gaussian beam diameter <1/2 the clear aperture and depending on ND filter and camera saturation limits the maximum power may be as high as 1000W.
