Absorbing Thin-Film Reflector Mirrors

These ATFR (Absorbing Thin Film Reflector) high reflection mirrors are inserted in the beam line. They have high reflectance (typically 99%) for s-polarized radiation and low reflectance (typically less than 1%) for p polarized radiation.
