Diese Sensoren zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Ma\u00df an Linearit\u00e4t \u00fcber einen gro\u00dfen Bereich von Lichtst\u00e4rken aus &#8211; von Bruchteilen eines Nanowatt bis zu etwa 2 Milliwatt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um auch h\u00f6here Leistungen messen zu k\u00f6nnen, werden die meisten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ophiropt.com\/de\/c\/photodiode-sensors\">Ophir Photodioden-Sensoren<\/a> mit eingebauten Filtern geliefert. Sie reduzieren die auf den Sensor fallende Lichtmenge und erlauben es damit, Leistungen bis 30 Milliwatt zu messen. Zus\u00e4tzlich werden die meisten Photodioden-Sensoren mit einem zus\u00e4tzlichen abnehmbaren Filter ausgeliefert, der Messungen bis 300 Milliwatt oder 3 Watt erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Wie funktionieren diese Sensoren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn eine Laserphotonenquelle auf eine Photodioden-Detektorfl\u00e4che gerichtet wird, erzeugt das einfallende Licht einen Strom. Das Leistungsmessger\u00e4t verst\u00e4rkt dieses Signal und zeigt die vom Sensor empfangene Leistung an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank der Schaltung des Ophir Leistungsmessers ist der Rauschpegel sehr niedrig. Und dank unserer exklusiven, patentierten Doppeldetektoren subtrahiert der Sensor automatisch das Hintergrundlicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Und wie genau sind diese Sensoren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Empfindlichkeit der verschiedenen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ophiropt.com\/de\/c\/photodiode-sensors\">Photodioden<\/a>-Sensoren variiert von einem Sensor zum anderen, aber jeder wird in einem zweistufigen Verfahren anhand eines NIST-Photodioden-Kalibrierstandards kalibriert.<br>Zun\u00e4chst wird die Photodiode mit einem Monochromator \u00fcber ihren gesamten Spektralbereich kalibriert.
