Eine Ferndiagnose gestaltet sich schwierig, bei einem Besuch vor\nOrt erkl\u00e4ren sich die Messunterschiede der Laserleistung meist recht schnell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwei Ursachen beobachten wir h\u00e4ufig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Der\nLaserstrahl trifft nicht stabil, in gleichbleibender Entfernung auf die\nSensoroberfl\u00e4che. Das kann beispielsweise im Messaufbau liegen, wenn der Sensor\nauf einer beweglichen Schiene montiert ist. <\/li><li>Der\nStrahldurchmesser ist zu gro\u00df f\u00fcr den gew\u00e4hlten Sensor. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Oftmals werden die schwankenden Messergebnisse\nauch durch eine Kombination der beiden Probleme erzeugt: Nehmen wir an, der\nStrahldurchmesser ist von seiner Gr\u00f6\u00dfe grenzwertig, kann aber bei korrekter\nPositionierung noch vollst\u00e4ndig auf der Sensoroberfl\u00e4che gemessen werden.\nSobald sich die Entfernung zwischen Strahl und Sensor \u00e4ndert, ver\u00e4ndert sich\nauch der Durchmesser des Strahls, der auf den Sensor trifft. In Folge schwankt\ndie gemessene Leistung des Sensors ohne ein erkennbares Schema. Um dies zu\nverhindern, sollte die Apertur so gew\u00e4hlt sein, dass der Strahl ca. 50% der\nFl\u00e4che m\u00f6glichst mittig abdeckt. Die Entfernung zwischen Sensorfl\u00e4che und Laser\nmuss w\u00e4hrend der Messung konstant sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PPS-Sensoren als Alternative<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Insbesondere f\u00fcr Anwender, die die Leistung ihres Laserstrahls seltener messen und \u00fcber wenig Erfahrungen mit Lasermesstechnik verf\u00fcgen, empfehlen sich sogenannte PPS-Sensoren. Die Abk\u00fcrzung PPS steht dabei f\u00fcr Power (Laserleistung), Position (Strahlposition) und Size (Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Laserstrahls).
