Ein erster Schritt auf dem\nWeg zu einer zuverl\u00e4ssig hohen Fertigungsqualit\u00e4t ist die Messung der\nLaserleistung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gute Nachricht: Mit dem industriellen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ophiropt.com\/laser--measurement\/de\/laser-power-energy-meters\/products\/high-power-measurement\/helios\">Helios Plus<\/a> Messger\u00e4t l\u00e4sst sich die Laserleistung im Prozess einfach \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Jetzt bietet das Messinstrument zus\u00e4tzliche Flexibilit\u00e4t: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zus\u00e4tzliche Wellenl\u00e4ngen \u2013 Neben NIR lassen sich auch blaue und gr\u00fcne Wellenl\u00e4ngen messen&nbsp; <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Schwei\u00dfen von Kupfer mit Lasern im blau-gr\u00fcn Spektrum gewinnt gerade zum Schwei\u00dfen von Batterien im Bereich E-Mobility zunehmend an Bedeutung. Zus\u00e4tzlich unterst\u00fctzt die neue Version nun <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ophiropt.com\/laser--measurement\/de\/laser-power-energy-meters\/products\/Laser-Thermal-Power-Sensors\/High-Power-Water-Cooled-Thermal-Sensors-And-Power-Pucks\/Helios-Plus-EtherCAT\">EtherCAT <\/a>(Ethernet for Control Automation Technology), ein offenes industrielles Ethernet-Protokoll, das die Echtzeitkommunikation erm\u00f6glicht. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zus\u00e4tzliche Anschl\u00fcsse \u2013 Ethernet\/IP mit AIDA-kompatiblen Anschl\u00fcssen oder Ethernet\/IP-M mit einem M12-Anschl\u00fcssen f\u00fcr Daten und ein Mini 7\/8&#8243;-Netzanschluss <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Materialbearbeitung mit\nHochleistungslasern ist gerade in der Automobilindustrie weit verbreitet. Der\nerste bei Helios genutzte Steckertyp war dabei AIDA-kompatibel. AIDA ist eine\nAbk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr die \u201cAutomatisierungsinitiative deutscher Automobilhersteller\u201d,\ndie es zum Ziel hat, einen einheitlichen Standard in der\nAutomatisierungstechnik zu etablieren. Ab sofort k\u00f6nnen die Anwender bei Ethernet\/IP-Schnittstellen\nw\u00e4hlen, ob diese mit M12- oder Mini 7\/8\u201d-Anschl\u00fcssen ausgestattet sein sollen,\ndie oft in den USA verwendet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Generelle Vorteile der robusten\nindustriellen Leistungsmessger\u00e4te <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die zus\u00e4tzlichen Vorteile in Hinblick auf die\nFlexibilit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glichen es einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Zahl von Anwendern, von den Vorteilen\ndes Helios Plus Messger\u00e4ts zu profitieren: Die Leistung von industriell\ngenutzten Dioden-, Faser- oder Nd:YAG-Lasern wird basierend auf einer kurzen\nBestrahldauer von nur 0,1 bis 10 Sekunden ermittelt. Das Messger\u00e4t berechnet\nGesamtleistungen von bis zu 12 kW oder eine Energie bis 10 kJ, ohne dass eine\nWasser- oder Luftk\u00fchlung erforderlich ist. Die Messungen selbst dauern nur\nwenige Sekunden (oder Bruchteile davon), so dass die Messung w\u00e4hrend des Be-\nund Entladeprozesses erfolgen kann. \u00dcber die schon beschriebenen Schnittstellen\nlassen sich die Daten speichern und bei Bedarf auswerten.
