StarLink is a collection of Ophir\u2019s most popular power \/ energy sensors bundled with <strong>Juno<\/strong>, a USB-based PC interface, and <strong>StarLab<\/strong> laser measurement software. Together, the Ophir sensor, Juno USB interface, and StarLab software form a meterless laser measurement system that is flexible, portable, and affordable.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCompetitors\u2019 laser measurement devices have an embedded USB interface, driving up equipment costs,\u201d stated Ephraim Greenfield, CTO, Ophir Photoncis. \u201cJuno uses a standard USB cable and can be unplugged from one Ophir sensor and used on another, throughout the facility. No power source is required. Instead, Juno can be attached to any laser sensor\u2019s smart plug, such as Ophir\u2019s new BeamTrack power \/ position \/ size thermal sensors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>StarLink Sensors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The StarLink Series includes the most popular high performance laser sensors, from the high damage threshold <strong>Pyro-C<\/strong>, to the high sensitivity, multifunction power \/ energy \/ position sensor, <strong>BeamTrack 3A-QUAD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> StarLink Series, <\/strong>containing the<strong> Juno<\/strong>, provides superior performance, including the ability to measure down to picowatts with photodiode sensors, and 10KHz repetition rates with pyroelectric sensors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1011 lazyload\" title=\"Juno Screen\" data-src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/FL250-BB-35+Juno_Screen-30-1-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/218;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>StarLab Software<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>StarLink<\/strong> sensors operator with Ophir-Spiricon\u2019s <strong>StarLab<\/strong> software. StarLab logs power and energy; calculates and displays averages, statistics, histograms; and more. The system can record every energy pulse at up to 10KHz.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>StarLab 2.30<\/strong>, laser sensors can be displayed separately, or multiple data sets can be displayed in one graph. Graphic options include line plot, histogram, bar chart, and simulated analog needle. Data can be displayed graphically or saved in text format.
