1.	During setup you receive the following message: Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you would like setup to update these files for you now. You will need to restart Windows before you can run setup again. Click cancel to exit setup without updating system files.
2.	After Clicking OK, Windows 2000 restarts.
3.	When installing after the restart, Windows 2000 gives the same error message again.

Solution:
This is a known Visual Basic bug. Microsoft recommends upgrading your Windows 2000 with the latest Service Pack (3)

Note that there is an installation icon and after the install is run then you get the application icon which is the one to be used for running the program.

Click OK, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
After the machine is rebooted, re-run the program.
