Terms and Conditions:

1. Ophir-Spiricon guarantees that orders placed by phone, fax, or e-mail by 2 pm (MTS) will ship from Logan, UT the following business day.
2. For new customers requesting open account, if your D&B rating is 3A3 or IR3 or better items will ship next business day.  Otherwise, please allow 48 hours for processing of credit application.  The shipment guarantee of 1 business day will not apply.
3. Payment must be made by credit card or NET 30 terms (for active customers with pre-approved credit terms in good standing).
4. Applies to USA orders only.
5. If your order cannot ship within 1 business day, Ophir-Spiricon will pay the shipping charges (excluding duty, taxes, or import fees).
