IR Phosphor Glass

Ophir Photonics Group announces its new IR phosphor glass for visualizing IR laser beams. Unlike most such products, the Ophir product absorbs very little of the radiation and is therefore able to stand up to high powers and energies. The glass glows brightly when irradiated with light of the following wavelengths:
810-860nm, 900-1100nm and 1500-1600nm.
It can stand up to >1KW/cm² and 0.5J/cm² at 1064nm. It is self actuating and does not need charging with visible light. For details and ordering see the "Energy Sensors Accessories Data Sheet" PDF below.
