Spiricon grants you the right to freely use and distribute this Demonstration Software. This software may be used by any number of people, and may be freely installed on any number of computers at any number of locations.
Restrictions
Except as provided in this statement you may not rent, lease, modify, translate, sublicense, nor reverse engineer this software, without the expressed permission of Spiricon Inc. Such permission can only be granted by a written declaration signed by an officer of Spiricon, Inc.
Transferring the Software
You may freely transfer this software to others.

Spiricon makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation is "error free", nor meets any user's particular standards, requirements, or needs, nor that it will be compatible with any other third party program. Neither do we warrant nor accept any responsibility for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims.
